Job Overview

We are expanding our Facility department and are seeking to hire an individual for the role of Auto and Office Management Assistant at our Rome office. The candidate will support various activities including:

  1. Reception and office management
  2. Managing the vehicle fleet (car checks, key handover and return)
  3. Occasional vehicle transfers between Rome and Naples
  4. Purchasing office supplies
  5. Travel management
  6. Supplier management and support with shipments
  7. Small office maintenance tasks
