Location: Frascati, Italy

In view of expanding the Facility department, we are seeking a candidate to join as an Auto and Office Management Assistant at our Rome office. The selected candidate will support the following activities:

  1. Reception and office management
  2. Management of the car fleet (car checks, key return/delivery)
  3. Occasional relocation of vehicles between Rome and Naples
  4. Purchasing office supplies
  5. Travel management
  6. Supplier management and support with shipments
  7. Small office maintenance tasks
What we are looking for:
