Job Opportunity: Office and Auto Management Assistant

Location: Rome, Italy

In view of expanding the Facility department, we are seeking a candidate to join as an Office and Car Management Assistant at our Rome headquarters. The successful candidate will support in the following activities:

  1. Reception and office management
  2. Car fleet management (car checks, key return/delivery)
  3. Occasional vehicle transfers between Rome and Naples
  4. Office supplies procurement
  5. Travel arrangements
  6. Supplier management and support with shipments
  7. Small office maintenance activities
Qualifications we are looking for:
  • Diploma
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Driving license
  • Customer orientation, problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills

Work location: Rome
