Bolton is seeking a Facilities & Utilities Engineer to join the Industrial Team at the Home Care Plant in Nova Milanese, Italy. The role focuses on managing energy systems, ensuring reliable operation of the thermal power plant, water plant, heating, and surveillance systems to maintain continuous production.

You will oversee civil works, optimize plant resources, and drive maintenance plans with safety in mind, reporting to the Plant Utilities and Facilities Manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degrees in engineering.
• Experience in production areas is a plus.
• Know how to use MS Office; AutoCAD.

Mansioni

• Manage facility and utility plants at the site (Thermal power plant, water plant, surveillance system, etc.).
• Manage suppliers (in-house and external) to ensure process continuity.
• Manage the application for recording and verifying maintenance of the plants.
• Ensure the execution, recording, and archiving of maintenance for regulatory purposes.
• Analyze consumption related to the site plants, developing improvement projects.
• Update and review maintenance plans to maintain efficiency within standards.
• Manage execution of projects related to the plants under their responsibility.
• Comply with safety rules and report interventions to remove unsafe conditions.
