The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is offering an Internship in their Facility Team, where you will gain valuable experience in workplace safety, environmental compliance, and general facility management.

This opportunity involves supporting activities related to waste management and Health & Safety training, as well as cross-functional collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Architecture or Engineering and skills in Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Degree in a relevant field such as Architecture or Engineering.
• Strong interest in environmental sustainability and workplace safety.
• Familiarity with Legislative Decrees 81/08 is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.

Mansioni

• Support activities related to the RENTRI portal for waste traceability.
• Help monitor and manage waste management processes.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance activities across retail stores.
• Contribute to Health & Safety training organization and tracking.
• Update training records and safety documentation.
• Support digitalization and archiving of store documents.
