Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
The candidate will support the Operations Manager in the following activities:
Maintenance:
- Perform preventive and specialized maintenance controls on mechanical, electrical, fire, security systems, and critical plants.
- Oversee service and preventive maintenance contracts and routine checks.
- Conduct emergency night tests and special inspections (e.g., gas leaks, grease cleaning, potable water treatment).
- Manage BMS setup, roof water impermeabilization, and skylight / smoke ventilator status.
- Monitor sewage networks, toilets, and general furniture / product conditions.
Security & Concierge:
- Conduct daily security checks and manage service contract compliance.
Reporting & Control:
- Prepare operational reports.
- Manage maintenance reports and technical budget controls.
- Oversee service / maintenance contracts, including tendering and scorecards.
Procurement & Financial Control:
- Create POs, monitor invoices, and ensure alignment with budgets and contracts.
- Support new contract creation and material acquisition checks.
Investment & Budget Planning:
- Oversee investment plans, tender control, and evaluate scorecards for projects.
