Job Description:

What will be your mission?

As a Valet, you will report to the Hotel Housekeeper and will be responsible for supervising the floor service.

What will you do?

• Ensure the planning, coordination, and supervision of the floor service, cleaning, hygiene, and replacement of amenities and other products;
• Comply with service standards and internal hygiene and safety procedures to guarantee a quality service that exceeds client expectations.

What are we looking for?

• Professional experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of English and preferably another foreign language with basic hospitality vocabulary.
• Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), hygiene, and safety standards.
• Professional attitude.
• Time flexibility.
• Autonomy.
