Job Title: Project Fabrication Management Engineer

Business Line: ABSER

Department: MODFAE

Purpose of the Position: To serve as a Fabrication Project Management Engineer within the ABSER business line, Unit Off-shore Fabrication (OFFAB), Department/Function MODFAE.

Activities:

• Develop techno-economic models of industrial complexes, including Linear Programming techniques during the Feasibility Phase.
• Prepare economic evaluation reports to assess technologies and competitive advantages.
• Analyze tender and contractual documents during the Bidding Phase to review scope of work, schedule, and project requirements.
• Support the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and Organization Charts during bidding and execution phases.
• Assist in project activity planning, resource allocation, assets and materials utilization, subcontracting plans, and mobilization planning during project execution.

Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Language: English B2 level.

Contract Type: Permanent.

Experience: Master’s Degree with 2 years' experience or PhD, or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years' experience.

IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Soft Skills: Problem Solving, Teamwork, Proactiveness.

Preferred: Willingness to work worldwide in different cultural environments.

Location: Initially in Milan at Saipem premises, with potential national and international assignments.
