JOB TITLE: Project Fabrication Management Engineer

BUSINESS LINE: ABSER

DEPARTMENT: MODFAE

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Fabrication Project Management Engineer in the business line ABSER, Unit Off-shore Fabrication (OFFAB), Department/Function MODFAE.

ACTIVITIES:

1. During the Feasibility Phase:

• Develop techno-economic models of industrial complexes including Linear Programming (LP) techniques;
• Prepare appropriate economic evaluation reports to evaluate technologies to be applied in specific projects or to evaluate the relevant competitive advantage.

During the Bidding Phase, as requested by the Project Manager:

• Analyze tender and contractual documents in order to review scope of work and schedule and to identify project requirements and constraints.
• Support in the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and the project Organization Charts.

During the Project Execution Phase, as requested by the Project Manager:

• Assist the Project Manager during project activity planning, e.g., in the preparation of the Execution Plans and other project procedures and Plans, in the definition of the resource allocation and of the assets and materials utilization, in the preparation of sub-contracting plans, in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare/update the mobilization plan, in preparing reports relevant to resources mobilization.

QUALIFICATION: Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Engineering

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B2

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent Contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Master Degree with 2 years of experience (or PhD) or Bachelor Degree with 5 years of experience

IT SKILLS: Pacchetto Office complete – buon utilizzo XLS

SOFT SKILLS: Problem Solving, Team Work, Proactiveness

NICE TO HAVE: Mobility and Availability to work worldwide in different cultural environments

LOCATION: Initially resource will be working in Milan (Saipem premises) with national and/or international missions and International assignment.
