Mama Shelter in Como is seeking a dedicated restaurant and bar service leader to guide the team and drive profitability across outlets. You will oversee service, coordinate with the F&B Director, and lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, diplomacy, and hands-on leadership in a dynamic hotel environment with opportunities for professional growth within a global group.

• Gross annual salary: €27,000 – €29,000, depending on experience and skills.
• Contract: Full-time permanent/fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for permanent employment.
