Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan cerca un F&B Supervisor per garantire servizi di alta classe nelle outlet dello stabilimento. Il ruolo coordina lo staff F&B, gestisce ordini, check-list e procedure operative, con attenzione al servizio e all'esperienza degli ospiti.

Richiesta passione per lusso e capacità di lavorare in team, con conoscenze base di italiano e inglese. La posizione è a tempo pieno, in presenza, con orari 5 giorni a settimana e due giorni di riposo.

Competenze

• È richiesto almeno una conoscenza intermedia di italiano e inglese.
• La passione per l'ospitalità di lusso è un requisito fondamentale.
• È preferita esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili.

Mansioni

• Essere punto di riferimento per le operazioni F&B durante il turno.
• Garantire l'esecuzione delle checklist quotidiane e l'assegnazione dei compiti.
• Prendere ordini cibo e bevande e registrarli nel sistema interno (Infrasys).
• Suggerire piatti del menù, richieste speciali e upsell dove opportuno.
• Assicurare un servizio autentico ed efficiente e verificare la soddisfazione dei clienti.
• Allestire e preparare l'outlet per ogni servizio.
• Ordinare e rifocillare l'inventario dell'outlet e registrare le transazioni.
• Bilanciare la cassa all'inizio e alla chiusura del turno e redigere report.
• Condurre briefing giornalieri in collaborazione con il reparto cucina.
• Seguire le Standard Operating Procedures e le linee guida del brand.

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a F&B Supervisor.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our outlets.

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

What you ll do

• Act as the point of reference for the F&B outlets operations during the shift.
• Ensure daily checklists and tasks assignment are completed in an effective and efficient manner.
• Take guests food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
• Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
• Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
• Order and restock outlet inventory and record transaction in the company purchasing system.
• Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank in compliance with Marriott International Policies of cash handling.
• Act as departmental trainer for discipline and Marriott International&ampBrand trainings
• Conduct daily briefings liaising with the culinary department to ensure alignment.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards (LQA, Forbes, Marriott and Brand standards)
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

What you ll need:

• Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
• A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
• At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
• A safety-first approach.
• Positive outlook and dependability.
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
