Descrizione del lavoro

As F&B Purchasing Manager, you are passionate about developing and executing the purchasing strategy to support our F&B product lines. Your mission? Maintain cost efficiency while upholding our commitment to excellence in the Hospitality Industry.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Developing a strategic procurement plan for Food & Beverage.
  • Identifying and establishing long-term partnerships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.
  • Negotiating contracts effectively with suppliers.
  • Evaluating supplier performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyzing the market to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, optimizing stock management, and minimizing excess inventory.
  • Staying updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to F&B.
  • Demonstrating a unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Previous experience as an F&B Manager and/or Procurement Manager is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian F&B industry.
  • At least 4 years of high-level procurement experience.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.

Languages required :

  • Fluent in Italian
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional languages are a plus.
