Job Purpose (Overview)
The Extracurricular Programme Manager develops a high-quality extracurricular experience for students at the school and in the wider ICS Milan community. Extracurricular projects include after-school activities, holiday camps, weekend activities, outsourcing school spaces, and more.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end administration and coordination of the extracurricular programme, including onsite facilitation.
- Leverage school facilities for extracurricular activities.
- Enrol teachers from the school into the extracurricular programme and collaborate with them to develop activities.
- Recruit external teachers and coaches to deliver the programme.
- Work with school teams to promote activities and ensure sufficient sign-ups.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, publications, websites, or other media to advertise and grow the programme.
- Prepare schedules for various co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Prepare financial projections and reports for the Head of Marketing and Head of Finance.
- Collect feedback from all stakeholders on the extracurricular programme.
- Follow up on client inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners to offer activities at the school, negotiate, and monitor vendor contracts.
- Develop B2B opportunities for ICS Milan to support admissions.
- Manage risk assessments for extracurricular programmes.
- Ensure appropriate insurance coverage for all programmes in collaboration with school managers.
- Review programmes for their suitability and effectiveness.
- Perform any other duties related to managing the extracurricular programme as needed.
- Carry out additional activities to ensure student safeguarding and support the school's mission.
Your Profile
- High proficiency in English: exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience working in international markets with a global mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
