Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated external recruitment partner to support our hiring needs on a contract basis. Our external freelance recruiters collaborate with our internal teams to source, screen, and present candidates for a variety of roles in Italy, but also in other countries in Europe and Middle East. This is a great opportunity for a small recruitment business or independent recruiter looking to take on new assignments and build a long-term partnership.

Essential Functions

  • Work closely with our hiring managers and HR managers to understand role requirements and team culture.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to end.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on candidate pipelines and market trends.
  • Develop an understanding of business requirements, organization plans and candidate qualifications by establishing partnerships with assigned business units.
  • Research current recruiting best practices, methods and processes to proactively recommend process changes.

Education and Experience

  • Strong sourcing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • A small business or independent setup with capacity for ongoing collaboration.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
