Cosvitec – Research and High Education, an Italian R&D and training organization with extensive experience in EU-funded initiatives, is seeking Agri-Food Experts to join our pool of collaborators for current and future European projects in the agri-food and sustainable development sectors.

We are looking for professionals with a strong background in agri-food systems, innovation, sustainability, and EU project implementation (Horizon Europe, PRIMA, Erasmus+, Interreg, etc.) who are interested in long-term collaborations as technical experts.

Main Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the implementation of EU-funded projects in the agri-food sector.
• Provide technical expertise in areas such as sustainable agriculture, food innovation, circular economy, or rural development.
• Support capacity-building and knowledge transfer activities (workshops, trainings, publications).
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to project deliverables.
• Participate in networking and dissemination events as required.
• Support local engagement of agri-food companies and stakeholders.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate :

• University degree (MSc or PhD preferred) in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
• Proven minimum 5 years of working experience in the agri-food sector.
• Strong knowledge of agri-food topics such as precision farming, food security, organic production, or value chain management.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability for ongoing collaboration on a project-by-project basis.
