Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 annually

The Role

The candidate will develop and manage commercial strategies for the European market, coordinating closely with sales subsidiaries and importers. You will be an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative organizational structure, contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate subsidiaries and importers across Europe.
  2. Develop sales procedures and strategies tailored to different markets.
  3. Align subsidiaries with the directives of the parent company, especially regarding commercial strategies.
  4. Define and implement marketing actions consistent with corporate guidelines.
  5. Manage relationships with managers and sales staff of subsidiaries.
  6. Monitor results and verify achievement of set objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second foreign language (German preferred).
  • Excellent relational and communication skills.
  • Willing to undertake frequent short trips (about 50% of the time).
  • Proficient in PC use.
Company Offers

  • Gross annual salary between €30,000 and €40,000, based on seniority.
