Le candidat retenu développera des zones de vente pour des produits hydrauliques en Europe, avec des objectifs clairs et des opportunités d'opérer dans un environnement dynamique et multicanal.

Competenze

  • Expérience technique-commerciale d'au moins 5 ans dans le secteur hors route.
  • Formation technique et/ou expérience hydraulique dans le secteur.
  • Expérience en coordination de ressources - souhaitée mais non essentielle.

Mansioni

  • Définir et atteindre les objectifs de vente auprès des clients assignés.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités liées aux OEM et concessionnaires.
  • Collaborer avec des filiales étrangères pour atteindre des clients.

Conoscenze

Connaissance technique-commerciale dans les secteurs hors route / industriel
Bonne connaissance de l'anglais
Compétences avancées en Excel
Volonté de voyager

Diplôme de Bachelor en Ingénierie ou Économie

Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

Position Summary

We are seeking a new resource to fill the role of Export Sales Manager for the Reggio Emilia location. The selected candidate will develop sales areas for hydraulic products and systems within the European context and potentially beyond.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and achieve sales objectives with assigned clients
  • Identify new opportunities related to OEM & Dealers served directly by Italian plants
  • Participate in defining strategies in the assigned countries and coordinate active resources in the territory
  • Collaborate with foreign branches to reach active clients in areas where branches are present

Job Position Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Economics

  • Technical training and/or hydraulic experience in the sector
  • At least 5 years of technical-commercial experience in the off-highway sector
  • Experience in resource coordination – preferred but not essential

Hard Skills

Essential:

  • Technical-commercial experience in off-highway / industrial sectors
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Willingness to travel

Plus:

  • Knowledge of hydraulic products
  • Knowledge of German and/or French
