Purpose of position
Supports the Regional Commercial Director in achieving sales targets in market share, volumes, and profitability, aligned with business strategies and guidelines for assigned markets.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to defining sales objectives for Kedrion's product portfolio and ensure their achievement.
- Monitor progress of the action plan and sales objectives, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Assist the Regional Commercial Director in studying and evaluating international markets in collaboration with marketing.
- Support the development and implementation of market penetration strategies to establish a lasting presence aligned with market share goals.
- Assist in preparing the Medium Term Strategy (MTS) by collecting market and sales data from all resellers/subsidiaries.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts in foreign markets through regular meetings with business partners to drive sales and improve market understanding.
- Develop and execute monthly sales forecasts with accuracy and accountability.
- Review and control foreign market budgets.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial area to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to developing innovative sales approaches and programs.
- Identify new business opportunities across different countries.
- Support planning and development of sales activities based on customer needs.
- Participate in public and private tenders for medicinal products with approval from the Company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the plasma-derived sector or similar roles is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales/marketing, preferably internationally.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the plasma-derived sector.
- Adaptability to a fast-growing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
