We are seeking an EXPORT AREA MANAGER for them.

Job Description

You will support the growth of the company's business across distributors within France, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Egypt. Your responsibilities include driving business in the assigned region, managing partnerships with distributors, and developing their sales and technical knowledge. The role requires residency near Milan and involves approximately 60% travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of business by acquiring new distributors within the region.
• Establish sales targets with distributors in alignment with company goals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to distributor teams.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate technical sales training on products and tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product management teams.
• Stay informed about external technical and business developments, including competitors.
• Assist the finance department in managing customer payments.

Education / Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in technical and commercial sales.
• Proven success in managing and motivating distributors.

• Experience in managing sales teams and coaching distributors.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiations, and contracts.
