? JOIN OUR TEAM

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to expand our Professional Skincare line across Europe in the Spa and Hospitality sectors. The role involves managing B2B relationships, overseeing export strategies, and expanding our distributor network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, luxury hotels, spas, wellness centers, and hospitality venues.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market entry and expansion.
  • Lead sales negotiations, establish agreements, and meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align brand messaging and promotional activities.
  • Manage export processes, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor sales performance and market feedback, and generate reports for strategy optimization.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Export Manager in the professional skincare sector, preferably within Spa and Hospitality industries.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Deep understanding of the professional skincare market in spa, wellness, and luxury hospitality sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe for client meetings and industry events.
  • Based in Europe.
