JOIN OUR TEAM

We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to drive the international expansion of our Professional Skincare line in the Spa and Hospitality industries across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the professional skincare market and a proven track record in developing and managing B2B relationships. This role involves overseeing the export strategy, expanding our network of distributors, managing sales, and ensuring the successful positioning of our products in key European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including distributors, luxury hotels, spas, wellness centers, and high-end hospitality venues.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the professional skincare sector across Europe and develop strategies to enter and expand in new markets.
  • Lead sales negotiations, establish commercial agreements, and achieve sales targets while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align brand communication, promotional activities, and product positioning with the needs of the local markets.
  • Oversee the export process, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, adherence to regulatory requirements, and efficient logistics.
  • Track sales performance, market penetration, and customer feedback, generating detailed reports and making recommendations to optimize strategies.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, addressing any concerns and providing continuous support to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Export Manager, specifically within the Professional Skincare sector. Experience in the Spa and Hospitality industries is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong understanding of the professional skincare market, specifically within the spa, wellness, and luxury hospitality sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Regular travel across Europe for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Europe-based.
