Job Summary

As an Export Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Vignate Logistics team, reporting to the Logistics Leader. You will manage international export and import logistics operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all business units on campus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor and manage transportation providers, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving performance issues.
  • Ensure adherence to Incoterms and internal guidelines for letters of credit.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Validate freight invoices and manage order bookings and shipment visibility.
  • Lead daily improvement initiatives using Lean tools (MDI, A3, 9-Step).
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders to meet service level expectations.
  • Oversee container movements from ports to site and final customer delivery.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Logistics or Supply Chain
  • 5–10 years of experience in international logistics / export operations
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office (Excel advanced, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Fully site-based in Vignate, with occasional travel as required
