Position: EXPORT AREA MANAGER (English and French / German)

Company Description: Our client is a renowned company operating in the ceramic sector. Located in Sassuolo (MO), we are selecting two candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the target market, potential clients, distributors, and competitors' behavior, gathering data to support strategic commercial decisions;
  • Scout for new leads and prospects, manage and oversee active clients in the assigned area, including visits and participation in sector trade fairs and events;
  • Manage and close negotiations with clients according to company policies;
  • Provide regular sales reports on revenue, clients, orders, etc., to the headquarters;
  • Handle any issues or conflicts with clients, such as complaints, non-conformities, delivery requests, delayed payments, following company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B sales of ceramic products or related fields (marble, bathroom fixtures, outdoor construction, windows, kitchens, etc.);
  • Fluent in English and one of the following languages: French or German;
  • Willing to travel abroad up to 50% of the time;
  • Result-oriented with strong negotiation and mediation skills.
Additional Information:

Offering: Permanent employment contract.

Workplace: Sassuolo ceramic district (MO) with travel up to 50% of the time.
