Location: Torrile, Italy (between Parma and Mantova provinces)

Role Overview
As an Area Export Manager, you will manage and develop the German market, overseeing sales activities and ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Sales Management and the commercial network (agents, distributors, industrial clients).
- Participate in defining commercial strategies to increase market share.
- Oversee technical-commercial activities to develop business volume and seek new opportunities.
- Monitor and consolidate the client base in foreign markets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team within your area.
- Develop action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, negotiating strategic contracts.
- Identify and acquire new clients and distributors.
- Analyze sales performance and produce periodic reports.
- Coordinate distribution network and support order management.
- Collaborate with other company departments (administration, production, quality) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry trade fairs and meetings with clients.
Candidate Profile
You might be the right person if:
- You hold a degree in Economics, Commerce, or Engineering.
- You have experience in sales/export roles within manufacturing companies.
- You are familiar with marketing strategies and export commercialization techniques.
- You speak fluent English and have a good knowledge of German.
- You possess excellent negotiation, analysis, and communication skills.
- You are results-oriented and demonstrate leadership qualities.
- You are willing to travel frequently.
