Competenze

The Explora Experience Centre Ambassador role is ideal for passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individuals who enjoy providing exceptional guest experiences, working in a dynamic team, and contributing to the growth of a start-up brand.

Responsibilities
  • Support guests via phone, email, chat, and in person, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Book all aspects of the guest journey, including cruises, shore experiences, pre/post travel arrangements, and hotels.
  • Support the Global Sales Organization by building strong relationships with travel advisors and guests.
  • Become an expert in using our technology systems, including Salesforce and Versonix Seaware, to deliver personalized service.
  • Provide feedback on customer support processes and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center within travel or luxury hospitality.
  • Fluent in English and German or Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable with IT systems; knowledge of Versonix Seaware and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting guests via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work full-time on rotating schedules, including weekends, to support global markets.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
  • Right to work in Italy.
