Descrizione del lavoro

As an Indirect Sales Expert you will be part of Be Power . In particular, your Business Development & Sales team will negotiate and install electric charging solutions on the land of companies or private entities. Your contribution will be essential to support the growth of our network of partners and distributors for the sale of electric charging solutions for B2B customers. The figure will be responsible for setting up activities, including scouting new partners for the indirect sales network and managing the current network, collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve company objectives.

Main activities:

  • Support and monitor partners in the promotion and sale of our products and services, ensuring the achievement of the assigned KPIs
  • Identify and acquire new partners, distributors and commercial agencies, consolidating the company's presence in the territory
  • Provide ongoing training to partners on products, services and sales strategies
  • Analyze indirect sales results, prepare reports and suggest corrective actions to improve performance
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, acting as a point of reference for all operational and strategic needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering and direct sales teams to ensure consistent execution of business strategies.


Required features:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering; different and/or lower qualifications and fields of study may be taken into consideration in the event of significant experience in the role
  • At least 3 years of experience in indirect sales roles, preferably in energy, telecommunications, services
  • Experience in partner onboarding and training activities
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Availability to travel within the territory for visits and meetings with partners.
