NTU International A/S is seeking an Expert Sourcing and Recruitment Consultant in Monza, Lombardy. The role focuses on identifying and engaging international experts for EU-funded projects, using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, and DevelopmentAid.

You will coordinate with project teams and negotiate expert contracts, operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate has a master's degree and at least 3 years of recruitment experience for EU, WB, ADB, or EIB tenders,

Competenze

• Master's degree in Business Management, International Relations or a related field.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with experts and CV preparation.
• Familiarity with EC framework contracts.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts.
• Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlines.
• Great teamworking.
• Strong independent drive, goal orientation and eye for detail.
• Structured and organized mindset with an excellent ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and skills:

• A master's degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields;


• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with expert and preparation of CVs


• Familiarity with EC framework contracts


• Ability to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts


• Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlines


• Great teamworking


• Strong independent drive, goal orientation and an eye for detail


• A structured and organized mindset with an excellent ability to work under pressure


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Language and skills:

• Fluency in oral and written English (at least C1 level)


• Fluency in oral and written French would be an advantage
