NTU International cerca un professionista dinamico per gestire il reclutamento di esperti per progetti EU e bandi internazionali. Sarai responsabile di individuare candidati qualificati, vigilare sui contratti e facilitare la comunicazione tra esperti e team di progetto in un contesto internazionale.

La funzione richiede lauree avanzate nel campo e almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel reclutamento per bandi EU, con ottime capacità di relazione e gestione delle scadenze in un ambiente dinamico.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Business Management, Relazioni internazionali o campi affini richiesti.
• Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nel reclutamento di esperti per bandi EU, WB, ADB, EIB; negoziazione e preparazione CV.
• Familiarità con contratti quadro EC.
• Capacità di identificare, valutare e coinvolgere esperti internazionali.
• Esperienza nell’uso di LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc.
• Ottime capacità comunicative.
• Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente commerciale frenetico con scadenze.
• Ottimo lavoro di squadra.
• Spirito di iniziativa, orientamento agli obiettivi e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Mentalità strutturata e organizzata; forte resistenza allo stress.
• Padronanza di Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Comprendere i requisiti specifici di progetti EU finanziati, aree tematiche, livelli di expertise e campo geografico.
• Selezione di esperti per progetti attuali e futuri.
• Utilizzo di diverse piattaforme (LinkedIn, banche dati di esperti) per trovare candidati idonei.
• Negoziazione di contratti e accordi con gli esperti.
• Coordinare la comunicazione tra esperti e team di progetto per lo sviluppo di proposte.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the specific requirements of EU-funded projects, including thematic areas, expertise levels, and geographic scope.
• Sourcing of experts for current and future projects
• Utilizing various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, expert databases,etc.) to find suitable candidates.
• Negotiation of contracts and agreements with experts
• Coordinating communication between experts and project teams for proposal development.

Qualifications and skills:

• A master's degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with expert and preparation of CVs
• Familiarity with EC framework contracts
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts
• Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlines
• Great teamworking
• Strong independent drive, goal orientation and an eye for detail
• A structured and organized mindset with an excellent ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Language and skills:

• Fluency in oral and written English (at least C1 level)
• Fluency in oral and written French would be an advantage
