Job summary

Allianz Italia is seeking a pricing specialist to support the Street Pricing Motor Unit in implementing and updating tariffs, discounts, UW rules and renewals for motor products using Radar Live.

A Master’s in a quantitative field and 1–4 years in motor pricing, with strong IT skills (Python, Excel) and fluency in Italian and English, are required, with Radar Live and Tower Watson Suite knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial, Physics or Computer Science or similar.
• 1–4 years of Motor Pricing experience with solid IT knowledge in pricing applications.
• Knowledge with Radar Base, Radar Live and whole Tower Watson Suite (Nice to have).
• Knowledge of Motor Insurance product rules (Nice to have).
• Knowledge of mathematical/scientific/actuarial models (advantage).
• Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Python.
• SAS (Nice to have).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong problem-solving attitude; high curiosity; able to meet tight deadlines.

Job description

The candidate would be required to provide support to the Street Pricing Motor Unit across the full spectrum of activities regarding the implementation and update/maintenance of the tariffs, discount, UW rules, renewal etc. for Motor Products using Radar Live.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KEY SKILLS

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial, Physics or Computer Science or similar
• Previous experience from 1 to 4 years in Motor Pricing background with solid IT knowledge (with reference to the commonly used tools for Insurance pricing applications)
• Knowledge with Radar Base, Radar Live and whole Tower Watson Suite (Nice to have)
• knowledge of business rules of Motor Insurance Products (Nice to have)
• Knowledge of mathematical/scientific models or actuarial models would be an advantage
• knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge of Python
• knowledge of SAS (Nice to have)
• Fluent in Italian and English
• High problem-solving attitude
• Great curiosity in order to create an overall vision
• Able to manage tight deadlines

Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 35.000 gross and € 45.000 gross.

Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.

The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
