Expert HR Analytics at Jobbit
Job located in Reggio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna, Italy.
Responsibilities
- Strategic optimisation of processes in collaboration with IT, Controlling and specialist departments regarding SAP HR and OM master data administration, time management and personnel cost planning to provide high-quality analyses and reports for HR management.
- Responsibility for the standardised creation of HR reports and dashboards to support HR planning, forecasting and analyses.
- Ensure data quality of relevant SAP HR master data in collaboration with local and global HR teams.
- Supporting the planning and monitoring of HR costs and employee numbers (headcount) as well as analysing deviations compared to planned values.
- Advising management on strategic HR issues on the basis of sound data analyses.
- Participating in global projects, such as SAP rollouts, and ensuring HR data integrity in global systems.
- Supporting local HR teams in data collection and processing, including the implementation of practices for data utilisation and analysis.
- Developing and delivering training on HR analytics and reporting to the internal team and other HR staff.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of professional experience in HR analytics or HR reporting, preferably in an international environment.
- Experience in leading small teams and working with executives to provide data-driven HR insights.
- Practical experience in using HR systems for reporting and data analysis.
- Completed university degree in business informatics, business administration, HR management or comparable qualifications with a focus on data analysis or HR.
- Certificates or further training in HR analytics, data management or business intelligence would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the use of HR software (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual gross salary (RAL): between € 50,000 and € 60,000.
