Overview

Job Title: Experiential General Manager – Italy


Location: Italy(can be remote / hybrid)



About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Experiential General Manager to lead operations during a major new strategic partnership with a leading global automotive OEM. This role is pivotal in driving brand experience, operational excellence, and customer engagement as we expand our presence in the Italian automotive market.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and oversee all experiential activities across Italy, ensuring a seamless customer journey and exceptional brand engagement.

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to strengthen market presence, enhance brand awareness, and build customer loyalty.

  • Define and uphold dealership and retail experience standards that reflect the highest levels of quality and service.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, aftersales, and operations to deliver consistent and impactful customer experiences.

  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to continuously refine experiential strategies.

  • Design and implement training programs to ensure teams deliver service excellence and embody brand values.

  • Manage budgets, operational KPIs, and provide performance reporting to senior leadership.



Qualifications & Requirements


  • Significant experience in general management within the automotive, retail, or consumer-focused industries, ideally in environments undergoing growth or transformation.

  • Proven expertise in experiential marketing, customer experience, or brand activation.

  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, with experience in international brand partnerships or large-scale business development preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a collaborative and inspiring approach.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.

  • Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).

  • Flexibility to travel across Italy and internationally as required.
