What impact will you make?

We are seeking a senior consultant to join the Digital Controls Tech ADM & FSI team at Deloitte NextHub in Bari, working in a hybrid mode. The Digital Controls Tech & ADM FSI business supports clients in identifying solutions and models to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality, leveraging new technologies. You will assist the CEO and top management in enhancing profitability and achieving operational excellence in the business model.

Your Role

• Proactively interpret client needs, identifying coherent methodologies and approaches;
• Develop initiatives and solutions independently, gathering and structuring data, and conducting analyses to support business decisions;
• Value and contribute to the growth of junior resources.

Winning Requirements

• Preferably a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Engineering with a focus on IT;
• Experience in system integration companies, data analysis, or software houses;
• Excellent knowledge of programming languages and frameworks: Python, Java, Angular, Spark, Spring Boot, etc.;
• Experience managing structured and unstructured data: Oracle, MS SQL Server, Cloudera, Snowflake, MongoDB, etc.;
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and tools for Advanced Analytics, ML/AI: SAS, Python, R;
• Experience with Data Governance, Data Integration, and Data Quality tools: Informatica, IBM, Collibra, SAS, Talend, etc.;
