In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, including understanding client needs, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to clients. Your expertise will be critical in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring an efficient and effective hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across different industries
• Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and cultural fit
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Provide expert guidance to clients on recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements
