McKinsey & Company is seeking a procurement-focused professional to shape purchasing strategies for European clients within the Operations Practice. You will solve complex problems, develop sourcing solutions, and mentor colleagues as you build long-term capabilities in procurement.

Based in Europe, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams, gain global exposure, and contribute to cross-border projects while advancing leadership and analytical skills.
