McKinsey & Company in Europe seeks an Experienced Consultant in Capital Excellence to diagnose issues, build hypotheses, and deliver data-driven recommendations for clients across Europe.

You will lead lean construction implementations and design capability-building plans to elevate client leadership and project performance, collaborating with European teams in a high-performance culture.

Competenze

• Master’s degree with exceptional academics.
• Broad experience in capital excellence topics (capital projects, capital management systems, real estate, infrastructure, construction).
• Leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to take on European assignments during the work week.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in English and local office language.
