Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Responsibilities

The Sales Account Manager role is critical for driving Keysight's growth and enabling our customers' success. This position requires diligent customer account and relationship management, with a focus on expanding Keysight's market share, increasing orders, and engaging with senior-level stakeholders. We seek an experienced Sales Account Manager in the test and measurement industry to manage major semiconductor accounts in Italy and Austria. The role involves developing business plans to grow accounts, gain market share, and propose tailored business and technical solutions to meet both articulated and unarticulated customer needs.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional who is independent and capable of managing most sales activities, including product demonstrations. They will coordinate with internal teams to create and win business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role requires solving complex problems, leading cross-functional projects, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include generating sales, engaging with multiple customer entities from R&D to manufacturing, promoting products and solutions, developing lead generation plans, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Electronics and Communications Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of industry experience in technical product sales.
  • Account management experience in the electronic manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of electronics test and measurement technologies.
  • Preferably with a background in Semiconductors, Digital, and RF/Microwave.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in achieving sales results and team leadership.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; German language skills are a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required.
