What will you be doing?

Experience Designers are responsible for designing digitally enabled products and services. They utilize their broad skillset across service, interaction, and visual design domains to work on holistic design solutions, from early-stage idea generation to detailed design of service features and user stories in digital products. As an Experience Designer, you produce client-ready experience design deliverables at high quality, with guidance from senior practitioners. You will plan, prioritize, and deliver experience design activities within interdisciplinary projects. Your colleagues will rely on you to:

  • Lead cross-disciplinary analysis of existing solutions and opportunity spaces, driving user understanding through workshops;
  • Define digital product and experience concepts collaboratively with strategy and technology teams;
  • Execute detailed design of experiences across service components, interaction logic, and visual language;
  • Ensure successful handover of final outcomes to clients through training and documentation.

Additionally, you will advocate for and pursue cross-disciplinary and convergent opportunities for design innovation. On a typical project, you will:

  • Understand goals, business requirements, constraints, market opportunities, and user needs to define opportunity areas and experience requirements;
  • Plan, conduct, and synthesize research, testing, and piloting activities with users, providers, and SMEs;
  • Map existing and future experiences through journey maps, blueprints, and ecosystem maps;
  • Create innovative digital product and experience concepts with the team;
  • Support the definition of new product/service value propositions and roadmaps;
  • Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes illustrating product behavior;
  • Document requirements and guidelines for subsequent implementation stages.

We want you to have:

  • 1.5 years of professional experience in experience design or related roles, with a strong practical and theoretical foundation;
  • Well-developed core design skills demonstrated in your portfolio;
  • Willingness to learn and grow your skills;
  • Ability to present and explain your work clearly;
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods;
  • Alignment with frog’s values and a passion for creating meaningful products.

Business-level English skills are required.

Preferred:

  • A degree in Interaction Design, Visual Communications, HCI, or related fields;
  • Experience across various organizational types (start-up, corporate, agency);
  • Broader life or professional experiences that enrich your perspective.

Application Instructions:

Please include a link or PDF of your portfolio highlighting relevant work and examples of your process, collaboration, and outcomes. Applications without a portfolio cannot be considered.
