Job summary

Leap 29 are representing a solar PV development platform backed by a top-tier European investor and are seeking an Execution Project Manager to oversee PV construction projects across Italy. You will manage the full lifecycle from pre-construction to commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strict safety compliance.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, contractors and suppliers, monitor permits, and manage risks to prevent delays.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering.
Proven PM track record in PV plant construction.
Strong expertise in managing contractors, suppliers and site activities.
Highly autonomous and adaptable to lean environments.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Willingness to travel across Italy.

Responsibilities

Manage post-authorization PV lifecycle from engineering to operations.
Oversee schedules, budgets and resources for cost-effective execution.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, contractors and consultants to milestones.
Monitor permits and engage with authorities and suppliers for approvals.
Enforce HSE and quality standards across all project phases.
Source and manage subcontractors and suppliers; support contract negotiations.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation to prevent delays and overruns.
Deliver weekly and monthly progress updates.
