Overview

EN.IT Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the department's management at their Verona headquarters. Immediate availability required.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and archive documents, take notes, and deliver messages to the director.
  • Plan business trips and manage travel expenses.
  • Fulfill tasks assigned by the director.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence.
  • Greet guests.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the director to coordinate and oversee daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Manage event planning and represent the company as required.
  • Assist the director with projects and initiatives, completing assigned tasks.
  • Monitor activities assigned to other staff members if required.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in company and community events.
Requirements
