Arrow Electronics is seeking an Executive Solutions Manager to lead consultative selling and drive growth in their high-end supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge and excel in building relationships with executive-level decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. This position offers the opportunity to work with innovative technology and a dynamic team in a field-based role that encourages strategic thinking and problem solving.
Reporting to: EMEA Supply Chain Solutions Director
Location: 1 position - south of Europe, remotely in FR, IT, ES or PT
In collaboration with sales teams, leverage Arrow's enterprise solutions, a growth mindset, and a consultative selling approach to both traditional and non-traditional customers. Target VP-level+ customer influencers and decision-makers, sometimes autonomously from the sales team, to differentiate Arrow from competitors, leading to sales, margin, and fee growth, and capturing a leading share of TAM.
This includes services from Arrow Intelligent Solutions, Converge, Arrow Digital, Enterprise Computing Solutions, IoT Foundry & eInfochips, Arrow Capital Solutions, Arrow Supply Assurance, AE Petsche, Richardson RFPD, Silicon Expert, AGSCS, and AMSS.
