A leading company in technology solutions is seeking an Executive Solutions Manager to drive consultative sales and enhance customer relationships at the executive level. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of the electronic component industry and demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to meet Arrow's ambitious growth objectives.
Reporting to: EMEA Supply Chain Solutions Director
Location: 1 position - south of Europe, remotely in FR, IT, ES or PT
In collaboration with sales teams, leverage Arrow's enterprise solutions, a growth mindset, and a consultative selling approach to both traditional and non-traditional customers. Target VP-level+ customer influencers and decision-makers (sometimes independently from the sales team) to differentiate Arrow from competitors, resulting in sales, margin, and fee growth, and capturing a leading share of TAM.
This includes Arrow Intelligent Solutions, Converge, Arrow Digital, Enterprise Computing Solutions, IoT Foundry & eInfochips, Arrow Capital Solutions, Arrow Supply Assurance, AE Petsche, Richardson RFPD, Silicon Expert, AGSCS, and AMSS.
