The goal of the Executive Operations Specialist is to manage key operational functions and provide direct support to the CEO and the AliveShoes team.

This role is remote from Milan, with opportunities for training abroad in Dubai (UAE), New York City (USA), Amsterdam (Netherlands), and central Italy.

General Responsibilities

• Manage significant portions of customer support operations, pre-sales and post-sales
• Oversee content production, distribution, and PR activities in coordination with other teams
• Manage VIP designers and top performers on the platform
• Handle top-priority clients and coordinate their progress with the supply chain team
• Supervise remotely the Italian-based and Marche-based teams (design, product, supply chain) and synchronize with the CEO

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an international e-commerce, tech, agency, consultancy, fashion, or startup environment
• BSc/BA in a relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
• Passion and knowledge in fashion-technology
• Strong affinity for tech
• Experience in the fashion industry is advantageous
• 1 to 5 years of international work experience
• Mid-level copywriting and content creation skills
• Customer service experience
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with collaborative online tools and remote teamwork
• Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus

Selected candidates will typically undergo a trial period of 1 to 6 months, with contracts ranging from 1 to over 3 years thereafter.

The salary starts from net EUR 2,250/month (EUR 4,000 if invoiced) and can go up to net EUR 3,000/month (EUR 5,000 if invoiced), based on experience and performance.

Unique benefits include fully paid housing in central Milan (a 2-bedroom apartment serving as living and co-working space) and coverage of all travel and living expenses abroad.
