Incyte Corporation in Italy seeks an Executive Director, Medical Affairs Italy, to lead a top-tier medical organization shaping oncology, hematology and immunology strategy.
You will partner with R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial and Market Access to develop medical plans, drive scientific insight, and strengthen the affiliate's reputation across the European Medical Affairs Leadership Team.
The future of medicine belongs to those who dare to shape it.
Scientific innovation has never moved faster.
Healthcare has never been more complex.
The expectations placed on Medical Affairs have never been greater.
The leaders who will define the next decade will not simply interpret science. They will influence healthcare systems, build trusted partnerships, accelerate innovation and inspire organizations capable of transforming patient outcomes.
At Incyte, we believe Medical Affairs sits at the very heart of that transformation.
Today, Italy represents one of the most important chapters in our International journey.
Built on a strong foundation of scientific credibility and commercial success, our Italian affiliate is entering a new era, one defined by portfolio expansion, deeper partnerships with the medical community and an even greater ambition to shape the future of Oncology, Hematology and Immunology.
To lead this next chapter, we are looking for an exceptional executive.
Someone who understands that leadership is not measured by the size of an organization, but by the impact that organization creates.
Someone who combines scientific excellence with strategic vision.
Someone who develops future leaders as naturally as they build medical strategy.
Someone who earns influence because people trust their judgement, their integrity and their ability to unite diverse perspectives behind a common purpose.
As Executive Director, Medical Affairs Italy, you will lead one of Incyte's most influential Medical organizations in Europe.
You will define the medical vision across Oncology, Hematology and Immunology while serving as a key member of the Italian Leadership Team and representing Italy within the European Medical Affairs Leadership Team.
Beyond Medical Affairs, you will help shape affiliate strategy, influence critical business decisions, strengthen our reputation across the scientific community and ensure that Medical continues to be a catalyst for innovation across the organization.
You will work alongside outstanding colleagues across Research & Development, Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs and Global Medical Affairs, building the partnerships that transform scientific innovation into meaningful outcomes for patients.
Most importantly, you will build an organization that others aspire to join.
A culture where curiosity is encouraged.
Where scientific excellence is expected.
Where diverse thinking is valued.
Where future leaders are developed.
Where patients remain the reason every decision matters.
This is more than an executive leadership role.
It is an opportunity to help define what Medical Affairs can become.
