Incyte is seeking an Executive Director, Medical Affairs Italy to lead a high-impact medical organization across Oncology, Hematology and Immunology. You will shape medical strategy, interact with thought leaders, and influence affiliate strategy while serving on the Italian Leadership Team.

You will collaborate with Research & Development, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access and Global Medical Affairs to turn scientific innovation into patient outcomes, building a team

Competenze

• Willingness to travel 15-20% with accommodations for disabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Public speaking and medical/clinical fluency essential.
• Familiarity with clinical trial design, biostatistics, medical writing and regulatory affairs.
• 10+ years of Hematology/Oncology experience required.

• Contribute to the development and execution of the medical strategy for Oncology, Hematology and Immunology in Italy.
• Lead the Medical Affairs organization and align with European Medical Affairs leadership.
• Manage budgets, personnel, and relationships with thought leaders and investigators.
• Hires, mentors, and retains medical staff while promoting an inclusive culture.
• Represent Italy in cross-functional leadership discussions and external medical groups.
