You are

• Discreet and well-organised, with the ability to make guests feel at home.

You will

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
• Report malfunctions to the maintenance department.
• Anticipate and respond to the diverse requirements of the resort's clientele.
• Supervise maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees).
• Monitor stock levels, identify supply needs, and establish orders.
• Ensure the work performed conforms to Club Med's high-quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with relevant departments (room staff, laundry, catering) and know the resort thoroughly.
• Guarantee service quality, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain the resort's assets.
