We are currently looking for an Executive Head Chef to lead our Culinary Team at Radisson Blu Cork, part of The iNUA Collection.

The requirements for the role are as follows:

  1. Manages all activities in the kitchen, including production, stewarding, and management of food production staff.
  2. Maximizes guest satisfaction by providing the highest food quality, consistent with cost control and profitability margins of the hotel kitchen.
  3. Ensures adherence to Radisson Blu standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation.
  4. Ensures proper staffing and adequate supplies for all stations.
  5. Oversees all food production-related areas.
  6. Coordinates activities, times, and communicates priorities to ensure correct preparation and delivery for functions, à la carte, groups, breakfast, and room service.
  7. Maintains product consistency by conducting inspections of seasonings, portions, food appearance, and follows up appropriately.
  8. Oversees inventory disbursement of all food supplies.
  9. Controls and orders all fresh products and dry storage items required by the kitchen and related departments to ensure quality and stock levels.
  10. Monitors and facilitates communication between kitchen production and service staff.
  11. Ensures proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are followed.
  12. Coordinates the operation of the kitchen with other food and beverage departments.
  13. Collaborates with the Food and Beverage Manager and Director of Sales to suggest sales promotions and increase revenue.
  14. Ensures readiness and compliance in case of last-minute reservation changes.
  15. Ensures pricing and portioning align with food and beverage profit objectives.
