Job summary

The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Technology Officer to partner with the CTO and lead its global engineering organization. You will oversee engineering delivery, operational resilience, budgets, and cross-divisional platforms to scale high-frequency trading and asset management systems.

You will drive platform modernization, data governance, and regulatory compliance (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2), while mentoring VPs and shaping the tech strategy for a remote-first, international team.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience with low-latency distributed systems and algorithmic trading infrastructure.
• Experience leading global engineering organizations and multi-venue platform consolidations.
• Familiarity with MiCA, DORA, SOC 2 regulatory frameworks.
• Proven partner to CTO and executive leadership.
• Strong budget, vendor, and M&A integration experience.
