Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g. travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently as this role requires interaction with clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience in managing multiple urgent tasks separately.
  • Experience in managing calendar across multiple timezones, arranging travel and overseeing event budgets efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while collaborating and communicating with various teams.
  • Excellent project management skills to support organizational needs.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of administrative tasks including calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense tracking, event and budget oversight with expertise.
  • Guide administrative business partners in Italy through exemplary leadership.
  • Build trust and collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and executives, exercising sound judgement to navigate ambiguous or time sensitive situations.
  • Understand business and personnel needs, proactively identifying process or operational improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality while serving as the go-to-expert for internal systems and policies.
