Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Head of CAO in daily activities, including analysis, documentation collection, and preparation.
  2. Coordinate the preparation of materials for Board of Directors and Executive meetings.
  3. Act as a point of contact and intermediary for CEO-related topics within the organization.
  4. Archive and manage business documents efficiently.
  5. Accurately record minutes from meetings.
  6. Provide general administrative support as needed.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Precision, efficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
  • Ability to adapt to complex business processes.
  • Skill in organizing daily workload by priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills within the team and with top management.
  • Proficiency in French and German is a plus.
