The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a background in handling complex agendas and a keen interest in sustainability issues. This role encompasses efficient management of executive schedules, planning of business trips, and coordination of corporate events, all while ensuring effective communication and support for strategic initiatives.

Competenze

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Executive Assistant to support our Management team in our Florence office. The ideal candidate has experience in the role, possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, and demonstrates a strong interest in sustainability issues.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Provide comprehensive support to Management, efficiently managing the agenda, organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Plan and coordinate business trips, including flights, hotels, and transfers, managing related expense reports.
  • Organize corporate events, both internal and external, managing logistics, supplier management, and communication.
  • Manage correspondence, drafting communications, presentations, and reports in Italian and English.
  • Filter incoming and outgoing communications, managing priorities and ensuring an efficient flow of information.
  • Support Management in the management of special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and implement sustainability initiatives within the company, in line with Richemont Group policies.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the role of Executive Assistant or in similar positions.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and video conferencing platforms.
  • Interest and sensitivity to environmental and social sustainability issues.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, managing priorities effectively.
